Windstorm Ranch Returns Policy
Ordering information -  Some items are priced and go to our shopping cart for purchase, however some customized awards will not be priced on the web site instead will require a trophy quote to reflect your detailed instructions.

To start a custom order, you may order on line if available or just e-mail us at and tell us the item, quantity and details. If your ordering more than five items, you may recive a club discount.

We require you to e-mail us your custom logo, lettering and special instructions. We will need your shipping information, awards date and method of payment. Once we receive your payment, we will make a proof of your custom item and you will need to approve it before the item can be produced.

Orders are shipped pre-paid and will include any shipping charges. We can ship US postal service, FedEx and UPS. We make every attemp to use the shipper you prefer, however some of our shops have limited service available to them.

Normal delivery of custom items is 4-6 in production plus shipping time. Certain items may be ready sooner but others may take longer, depending on the item and time of year. Some items are available for rush orders. We will do everything possible to accommodate your time frame. We charge a $30. fee or 30% of your order, whichever is less, to fill a rush order.
We sugguest credit card payment for all rush orders since productioncannot begin until payment is received. Shipping an handling charges are in addition to the cost of your order and any rush surcharge. In additiona your order will be shipped as needed to reach you by your awards date.

Payment - We accepte Master card, Visa, American Express, club check and money order. All orders must be pre-paid. We cannot begin production on orderes paid by check until the check clears, approximately 5 - 7 business days.

Request cancellation of order - Because orders are customized, we cannot cancel an orderthat has begun production. If the order has not begun production, we will cancelthe order upon request. We cannot accept the return of customized items. All other items may be returned for replacment or a refund if the item is found to be damaged. We do require the custom to request a return authorzation number before returning the item.
