BF-1060 Pelham-Ascot brings you the Ultimate Saddle Pad. An 80% wool
layer wicks moisture away keeping the horse cooler. The neoprene layer on
the outside of the pad grips the saddle eliminating separation. When the
pad is pulled up into the gullet of the saddle, it stays up keeping the
withers and spine contact free. This increases flexibility and improves
ventilation. The two pockets located along either side of the inner spine
of the pad will allow you to add up to two additional neoprene inserts.
These inserts, or shims, make it possible to custom fir most saddles,
eliminating pressure points or conformation problems. All pads are
available in Hunter Green, Black and White. $148. The Ultimate Saddle Pad is available for Dressage,
Jumper and All-Around disciplines. You can choose from Shaped or Square to
complement your saddle.
BF-1060S The inside of the pad has a pocket on either side to add
neoprene inserts, or shims, which can be trimmed to fit the pressure
points on your horse and correct conformation issues. Each pad can hold up
to three shims $20. ea.
AUS002 COLONIAL CROSS COUNTRY is a proven saddle to take cross country jumps at speed. The tree is adjustable wood and steel, the panels are stuffed with wool, and are built in hand-sewn sections, to prevent stress spliting. The seat is web-strug for rider and horse comfort. It has a 3 1/2" dip in the seat, with AUSTRALIAN stirrup suspension bars, that are designed to release the stirrup in a fall, or drag, but not in a dramatic uphill climb. The knee blocks are 1 l/2". AUS004 SQUIRE POLEY is a close contact saddle, built with fleece on the underside of an adjustable wood/steel tree. Saddle weighs 16 lbs in a standard seat size. Ideal for low withered, broad-backed horses. The knee pads are 3" high, and the dip in the seat is 4". The seat is double padded and quilted on web-suspension. No horn. Cost $795

This stirrup has all the same dimensions and shape as the proven Aussie safety stirrup, but with a slot suitable for English leathers. AUS012 Traditional Australian four-bar iron comes in stainless steel, chrome or brass. In the standard size, the iron has a tread depth of 2 1/2", a tread width of 4 3/4", and a height clearance of 4 5/8". The iron is shown fitted with "bottoms", to accommodate the popular 4"-fenders.
